WoPhO

Please note that there is a new competition – the World Physics Olympiad, which is aimed to let you challenge the IPhO champion. All the gold medalists of the IPhO-2012 will receive a travel grant to Papua, Indonesia, to attend the 2^nd WoPhO. However, getting an IPhO-gold is not an easy task, and the success depends also on random factors; to be on a safe side, you are recommended to secure an invitation and a travel grant by solving the selection round problems of the 2^nd WoPhO (which can be downloaded at the WoPhO homepage)! Note also that you can partcipate in WoPhO even if your country does not participate in IPhO.
